People who know her realise that her choice of company name (Stimmgerecht is a play on words combining „voice“ and „Fairness“) reflects her passion for this job. Birgit Hartig gained her initial experience from years of TV-production planning and as production supervisor for large movie dubbing companies. Based on this, and her large pool of contacts, Birgit Hartig launched Stimmgerecht in 1999. Birgit Hartig is responsible for managing key client-accounts.

Since 2013 Ralph Hartig is in the team on site. Since 2004 he has been advising Stimmgerecht on all matters concerning the business, legal and taxation issues. For years Ralph Hartig has been a business consultant for a variety of enterprises and knows the ins-and-outs of the creative industry. Ralph Hartig is the driving force behind the optimisation of operational procedures, development of internal standards, and he was responsible for the evaluation of the Stimmgerecht websites.
